By accessing or using the PartyLine Collective platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you:

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations

  • Represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your location

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain security.

PartyLine Collective provides a curated platform that connects DJs, venues, event organizers, and collectives through:

  • Listings and directories

  • Booking requests and submissions

  • Profile management tools

  • Marketing integrations and community outreach

We are not a booking agent or party promoter, and are not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or success of any third-party events or bookings.

6. User-Generated Content

By submitting content (e.g. listings, profiles, event info, messages, reviews), you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, promote, and modify your content across our platform and marketing channels

  • Warrant that you own the rights to this content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove or modify content at our discretion.

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

If any features or services involve payment (e.g. future premium listings or ticketing):

  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • You are responsible for cancellation within the guidelines of the specific service

We do not process payment disputes for third-party bookings — users must resolve those directly with each other.

8. Intellectual Property

All PartyLine Collective branding, design, copy, software, and logos are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

User-submitted content remains the property of its creator.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or defamatory content

  • Use the platform for spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or overload our systems

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

  • Use bots, crawlers, or automation to harvest data

Violations may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

10. Disclaimers

PartyLine Collective is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Listings will result in bookings

  • Platform uptime or uninterrupted service

  • Accuracy of user-submitted content

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, PartyLine Collective is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or missed bookings

  • Data loss, service interruptions, or platform errors

Our total liability is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartyLine Collective, its team, affiliates, and service providers from any claims or damages resulting from your:

  • Use of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement on third-party rights

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes will be handled under Australian law and jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PartyLine Collective for any reason, at any time, without notice, including (but not limited to) if you violate these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration via the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) in Perth, WA. You waive the right to trial by jury.
