Coki (Digital Mystikz)

Coki, born Dean Harris, is a pioneering figure in the UK dubstep scene and one half of the legendary duo Digital Mystikz alongside Mala. Hailing from Croydon, South London — the cradle of dubstep — Coki is known for his aggressive, high-energy sound that helped define the genre’s darker, heavier edge. His solo tracks like “Spongebob”, “Tortured”, and “Goblin” are iconic anthems that pushed the boundaries of bass music and cemented his status as a visionary producer.

As a core member of the DMZ label and club night, Coki played a vital role in dubstep’s global rise in the mid-2000s, shaping the scene with a blend of deep dub influences, complex rhythms, and earth-shattering sub-bass. His raw, uncompromising style remains highly influential and continues to inspire a new generation of bass-driven producers around the world.
